Dual cameras: the next big thing in phones.

Between the LG G5 and Huawei P9 along with older options like the HTC One M8 having two cameras on a phone sounds like a good idea on paper but what’s the actual advantage? The LG G5 gives you a wide angle fisheye camera where the Huawei P9 sports a pair of Leica cameras, one of which is monochrome that lets you refocus the photo and get supposedly better low light pictures.

  1. I really like how youtubers are friends, hang out, and give each other a hand now and then. This dual camera set up seems like it does have a lot of potential. Now if only Apple won't drop the ball on this one.

  2. Austin, I posted a comment on your rx 480 review. I know that you will not see it through 32,000 comments, so I hope that you see it here. I'm not hoping I get the 480, but I hop you can help me out in any way, shape, or form. I know you have other graphics cards that you used in the budget GPU video, so maybe you can help out. Anyway; here is what I said____________________________________________________________________________My birthday is August 8th 2002 and I'm currently 13 years old. It's hard to make money, so I spent 300$ on my new PC build. I am currently running the A-10 7860k. Don't get me wrong, it works great for my favorite game which is minecraft, but when I try to play other games, at 1080p, it dips below 20 frames. And sometimes it just craps out. Hopefully you have read this comment, and know what it's like to be a 13 year old who can't get an rx. Even if I don't deserve the rx, is there any way that you may please help me out to get a dedicated GPU? (Even if it's not the rx)

  3. why do i keep on seeing the word "gullible" in the description?

Waiting for the day triple cameras in smartphones will be added. Or smartphone cameras with an APS-C or Full Frame sensor, come on, some company will make it true one day.

  14. 0:13 – One of the first? LG had a dual camera on the Optimus 3D back in 2011, and I'm not even comfortable calling that the first smartphone with dual camera.

  15. If the cameras had a longer distance from each other, the phones would maybe be able to take 3D pictures? Just like the Nintendo 3DS.
